Our well-educated and well-trained engineers can undertake customer's New Product Initiative programs from the very stage of product design, by using softwares like UG and Pro/E, our engineering team can help customer draft a 3D drawing upon customer's statement of the new product, then choose the right material through mold flow analysis of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), then work out a prototype of this new product by CNC machining or 3D printing, then make an experimental mold and put it for processing till we get the fresh product that is brand-new to the market, and work out a full technical file including speciifications and Standard Operating Conditions(SOC), last but not least, give it to the Production Department for mass production till shipment.

We have 7 production lines of which extruders are the main equipments, one for PC and PC/ABS alloy, one for Nylon ( mainly PA66 ), one for Polyesters of PBT and PET, one for color masterbatch , and three for PP including PP of MFI1500 for meltblown. This has greatly increased our capability and flexibilty to supply all kinds of engineering plastics to the market, meeting our customers' various demands.

Based upon our deep-rooted technology of plastic materials, and by co-operating with research labs of top-ranking universities in China, our R&D team mainly focus on three types of jobs as followed,

1. R&D of New Material in response to market demand, to name a few,

--PP of Ultra High Melt Flow Rate for melt-blow

--Anti-static and EMI Shielding Plastics for industrial equipment

--Highly thermal-conductive Plastics for 5G equipment

2. New Processing Technology

3. New Processing and/or Testing Equipment

We've got several patents authorized, and new patents keep emerging.

We have a technical team with more than 30 engineers, all of which graduated from college with bachelor's degree minimum.

All of them studied Polymer, Chemical Engineering and Electromechanical Engineering at college, and have obtained rich experiences at this industry by working with our company, they're divided into 4 units covering functions of R&D, Engineering, Quality Control and Technical Service, in response to customer's requirements at each stage.

Our company is young, but our history is long, most of our key persons having more than 20 years working experiences in plastic industry.

We take part in our customer's programs at the very stage of design, even if it's still a concept or an idea in customer's mind, below is a routine procedure of service which we provde,

1. Product Design

    -We can help our customers work out a 3D drawing of the New Product which is at customer's mind, customers only need to tell us what they want to have, what functions they want to achieve, etc, as precisely as possible, we'll do the rest of jobs.

2. Material Selecion and New Material Development

    -Each part or compone of the New Product, as long as it's made of plastics, needs to be corelated with appropriate material, some may have to custom-make to make sure it's the best choice of material to fit the application, this is our core technological competency as a company to compete in the market-nobody understans plastics better than we do!

3. Tooling and Sampling

    -When the drawing is finished and the material is selected, the next step is to make physical samples. We can make experimental molds for suitable processings such as injection molding, blow molding, extrusion and melt blow and so on, work out the first batch of off-the-mold samples and put them for test.

4. Mass Production, Assembly, Packaging and Shipment

    -Customers can ask us do all the jobs as above-listed, we'll ship the finished product to places designated by customers  anywhere in the world.
